Amelie Kober is a German snowboarder born 1987 in Bad Aibling. The extreme sports aside, she works as Federal Police officer in Germany.
Amelie started skiing at only age 3. She switched to snowboarding at age 10. Kober was the youngest competitor in the Parallel Giant Slalom event at the 2006 Winter Olympics. There, in Turin, Italy, the young German won the silver.

Therese Johaug is a Norwegian cross-country skier born 1988. She also has a successful modelling career.
Therese began skiing on her family farm. Now she is an Olympic medalist in two consecutive Olympics: 2010 Vancouver (gold) and 2014 Sochi (bronze).
During the 2013 World Championships in Val de Fiemme, Italy – in which Therese Johaug won the 10km freestyle event – there was a massive online services crash in Norway due to the high volume of people watching the competition online.
Sanna Luedi is a Swiss ski cross athlete born 1986 in Baden, Switzerland.
Had previously tried ballet and ice hockey, Sanna started skiing in the alpine disciplines. However, she later switched to freestyle skiing and completed her first World Cup race in ski cross in 2009.
At her first Olympic Games (2010 Vancouver), Sanna Luedi ranked 35th. With much more ambition and improved skills, the beautiful Swiss is looking forward to the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
